Unique integrated software provides a live image display of the part alongside its measurements, enabling operators to determine the finishing and cleaning of the element under inspection through identification of any dirt present, followed by intervening quickly and efficiently.

The loading area is LED illuminated providing optimal visibility for both loading and cleaning purposes. The system’s “Open Top” design allows for the use of loading devices, while its unique open front facilitates manual operations, with retractable sensors that have triple protective bumpers so that they are protected during the loading and unloading process.

Full metal housing protects the M2/M3 against harsh and hostile environments, making it ideal for use directly on the shop floor due to its oil-proof body. The machine is made even safer during the measurement process with the integration of photoelectric cells, while maximum precision is guaranteed with ball bearings attached to prismatic guides allowing the upper tailstock to slide with ease and accuracy. While being equipped with a brand new and much more practical load lever which is activated by a rack and pinion providing maximum accuracy in conjunction with a double temperature compensation system as well as a counter-weight, allowing the entire system seamlessly carry out shaft measurement tasks with ease.
