While its direct access design facilitates loading and unloading of even the smallest and most difficult to manage pieces, and the configuration of stationary parts as well as moving optics prevents the part from vibrating and moving. If a part does fall during this operation no openings or undercuts beneath means that small parts can be easily retrieved if they fall.
MTL X10 acts as a magnifier, eliminating the unreliability of manual measurements. A rapid vertical scan acquires a full part image to extract its key characteristics and dimensions. It automatically rotates the part to orient it and acquire dynamic dimensions such as cylindricity, nut faces, or thread positions. The MTL X10 has a unique “Air Flow” cooling system that isolates the measuring area from control electronics.
